I don't like the wet and the inside is much better. It's not old age (although I'm 10), this has been the case since I was a pup. I have no idea what would happen if we moved to a rain forest.Kylahttp://kylascott.wordpress.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4888324794387097219.post-19167052320808451902012-11-30T22:41:38.000-05:002012-11-30T22:41:38.000-05:00When my stepson lived with us with his poodle, we ...When my stepson lived with us with his poodle, we had this problem. Marlee would sometimes get anxious or excited and go. I got out the "puppy training pads" and worked with Marlee. When I would see him start to go, I'd run him to the closest pad. He then would stop himself and go to the pad. Now, as for the couch cushion that was Marlee's favorite target to "mark". That didn't stop until the poodle moved out!Dana & Marleenoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4888324794387097219.post-8392874640836614522012-11-30T22:46:06.000-05:002012-11-30T22:46:06.000-05:00When my stepson lived with us with poodle this wou...When my stepson lived with us with poodle this would happen. Marlee would sometimes get anxious or excited and go. I got out the "puppy training pads". If I saw Marlee go, then I would grab him and run to the nearest pad. Then he started to stop himself and go to the pad, or go on the pad altogether. Now, as for the couch cushion that was Marlee's favorite target to "mark". All stopped when the poodle moved out. I still keep the pads down for overnight emergencies.Dana & Marleenoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4888324794387097219.post-4340826105805938352012-11-30T23:38:13.000-05:002012-11-30T23:38:13.000-05:00My mom had a Scottie, Colleen and she had the same...My mom had a Scottie, Colleen and she had the same problem that Heather has. Colleen was also a rescue so we didn't know too much about her past but she seemed to only have her problem when a man was around. We were told it is called Submissive Urination. We did some training with her and it got better. I hope you can find out if its something like that. Best of luck Heather.Kayanoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4888324794387097219.post-48863580390680278742012-12-01T01:35:38.000-05:002012-12-01T01:35:38.000-05:00Here are a couple links that address the submissiv...Here are a couple links that address the submissive urination. Try to ignore them for about 5 minutes or so when you walk in the door. I haven't had a submissive pee-er before, but I wish you luck in getting it sorted out.Ann Pawshttp://mypawsitivelypets.blogspot.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4888324794387097219.post-52259199973322534532012-12-02T04:51:50.000-05:002012-12-02T04:51:50.000-05:00I have the same problem as Kyla, I don't like ...I have the same problem as Kyla, I don't like poopin' in the rain... :/Dougallhttp://www.the-dougall-diaries.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.com
